The service
coloyalty is a loyalty card for shops. Customers scan a QR, keep a card in the browser, and collect stamps at the counter. Sorable Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, operates the service. These terms cover merchants who open a shop and customers who join a card.
Trial and price
A new shop starts with a 7-day trial. No card is taken at sign-up. After the trial, continued use is US$99 for a year, or the ringgit price shown on the pricing page. Access ends when that period ends, unless it is renewed. There is no monthly plan.
Privacy
Joining a card stores the phone number so the shop can find that card again. A name is stored only if the customer types one. Marketing messages are sent only when the customer opts in. Stamp history belongs to the shop. Sorable Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, operates the service and uses the merchant's email to sign them in.
On our marketing pages and merchant signup page, you can allow Google Analytics and Meta ad measurement. Google Analytics measures marketing page visits using browser information and analytics cookies. If you allow it, Meta receives page views, successful merchant registrations, browser and network information, and advertising cookie identifiers to measure our ads. We do not send customer loyalty joins, card details, stamp history, phone numbers, or merchant email addresses to either service. You can decline or change your choice using Ad preferences. Declining does not affect using coloyalty.
Customer cards
The merchant runs the loyalty programme and is responsible for the reward written on the card.
Use of the service
Use the service for a real shop and its customers. Do not scrape cards, share staff access with people outside the shop, or use the counter to stamp cards that were not earned. We can pause a shop that breaks these terms or that we cannot keep online safely.
Availability
We keep the service running, and we fix it when it fails. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Stamp history and customer records belong to the merchant's shop. If a shop closes, we may delete that shop's data after a reasonable notice period.
Liability
The service is provided as it runs today. Sorable Sdn Bhd is not liable for lost stamps caused by a phone, a network, or a staff member closing the counter, or for a reward the merchant chooses not to honour. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Malaysian law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the service after that date means the updated terms apply. Malaysian law governs these terms.
